Dear Me,

I know you’re scared right now.

You’re sitting on the bathroom floor again, waiting for the shouting to stop. Your phone is in your hand, but you won’t call anyone—because who would even believe you?

You think staying quiet is strength.
You think loving him harder will make him stop.
You think breaking is your fault.

But I’m here to tell you something you don’t know yet:

You survive. And not just that—you rise.

One day, you’ll pack that bag.
One day, you’ll carry your courage like armor.
You’ll walk out. And when your legs shake, you’ll keep walking anyway.

You’ll find Forever Neille.
You’ll sit across from a counselor who doesn’t ask “Why didn’t you leave sooner?”—but instead, says, “You’re here now. That’s enough.”

You’ll cry. A lot.
Then you’ll start laughing again.
And someday—you’ll help someone else write this letter to their past self.

• You are not weak for staying.

• You are not broken beyond repair.

• You are worthy of a life where “sorry” isn’t your survival strategy.

You don’t know it yet, but you are already healing.
